guess how many people turned up on tuesday? only five la. so it was a pretty quiet break fast. no it wasnt dismal or sombre or awkward. the food was good. my mum was great. and we had people like sarah who livened up the group with her perfect imitation of the camel who waited for her to drink up its milk. HAHAHA :P

and then we headed to geylang to hunt for mai's baju kurung. found one. shall get one like her. only mine would be in yellow (: took loads and loads of photos. all hilarious (: shall put them up soon when jules load them.

i was pissed during the whole geylang thing la. pissed that liyi would think that i wouldnt welcome her. i mean HELLO. its not really very gracious of a host to turn down people who wants to come right? and i knew you and pink were coming. of course i wouldnt go out and make it uncomfortable for you guys.

BAH. its over anyway.

geylang wasnt crowded enough that night. shall go again on the eve of hari raya. when everyone's really hyped and you cant move for nuts in the crowd (: yay!

went for hair treatment on wednesday. i went to SUPERCUTS. ok wtf. i paid $83 for it. my hair is softer and much straighter. but it still has split ends. thank god i cut it then and not nearer to hari raya. IT WILL BE NICE AND MANAGEABLE BY THEN (:

my heart is broken. i spent so much on my hair. but ive gotten over it already la. thank god.

oh yes. i just remembered. once i was queuing up to buy a drink and an african-american man stood in front of me. he was tall and was wearing a suit and he had that cute curly hair. and a nice wide BRIGHT smile. he was waiting for his order. he looked down at me and said - hello (: how are you?

i smiled back and replied that i was fine. and then i went up and made my order. as i turned to leave he whispered to me - you look very good. NO. not in that chikopek suggestive way. in a nice matured and well-mannered way.

I CANT STOP THINKING ABT IT (:
